In order to run your MOS2016 eLearning or Practice Test you need to install the desktop app first. To install the app please see this article.
After installing the app, you will need to register the key if you have not done it yet. For further details on how to register a key, please see this article. Please note that if you have previously registered the key in the online learning locker, you will have to synchronize your desktop app to see your MOS product, this may take a few minutes. Once the process is completed, you will see the product in your desktop app and will be able to access it by clicking on the black box and then "begin test" or "begin course".
