Refund Policy

Refunds can only be made for Practice Tests Online purchased directly from MeasureUp. If the practice test purchased was discounted or part of a bundle or combination of products, the refund will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the practice test. Any promotional offers or products received at the time of purchase are forfeited with the refund. 

Requests for refunds must be made within two (2) business days of the original purchase. MeasureUp will remove the practice test from your Learning Locker.

This policy only applies to single-user online licenses of MeasureUp Practice tests purchased directly from MeasureUp and is not applicable to: 

- Practice Tests Download Purchased from MeasureUp. 

- MeasureUp Practice Tests received through an Authorized Channel Partner. 

- Cert Kits

- Practice Labs

- LearnMOS Cloud Products

 

How to Request a Practice Test Refund: 

Please use one of these three ways to request a refund:

1) Email a copy of your receipt to: support@measureup.com

2) Fax a copy of your receipt to 212-564-1415

3) Mail a copy of your receipt to MeasureUp:

MeasureUp has the right to refute any requests for refund on charges that you dispute with your credit card company.
